Vice President

Tracks member accountability and attendance, handles internal escalations, and supports the President day to day.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Manages dues and trip payments, builds member payment plans, tracks the budget, and reports finances to the board.

Director of Fundraising

Leads sponsorships, crowdfunding, and donor outreach to fund Brigade trips.

Corporate Outreach & Partnerships Chair

Builds relationships with firms and banks for partnerships and guest speakers, coordinating with Events on workshops.

Events Coordinator

Handles logistics for all events, including fundraisers, workshops, and networking events: venue booking, scheduling, and vendor and permit coordination. Works closely with the Director of Fundraising and the Corporate Outreach & Partnerships Chair to execute their events.

Social Media Chair

Runs Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms — event promotion, member highlights, engagement.

Recruitment Chair

Leads recruitment of underclassmen and business students through info sessions, applications, and tabling.

Secretary

Keeps meeting minutes, manages internal communications, and maintains organizational records.

Part 3

Commitment

The role is intentionally low lift outside of the trip itself: three corporate events and one fundraiser this term. Please confirm you're on board with the following before applying.

RequiredI understand every officer is required to attend the organization's international Brigade trip, running March 6–13 over spring break, and that I need to keep that week clear.

RequiredI understand trip deposits are non-refundable. If I later step back from the trip, my payment converts to a donation under my individual Global Brigades account rather than being returned — alumni donations are the one exception.

RequiredI can commit to the term's workload: three corporate events and one fundraiser, alongside the trip.

Interview

Every applicant meets briefly with the board, including a short hypothetical scenario to talk through. Book early to get a time that works for you.
